Store managers struggle with generic, one-size-fits-all planograms that ignore real-world constraints like sales trends, inventory, and local quirks.
I played a key role in shaping Planomind, IVADO Labs' first AI-driven product. By leveraging user interviews and surveys, I focused on designing an intuitive experience, ensuring store managers could easily optimize shelf layouts based on demand forecast, store assortment and size. To align stakeholders, I led a vision workshop, helped draft the product roadmap and vision statement, and even facilitated a naming workshop to bring Planomind to life.

Voice communication in gaming often lacks safeguards for safe and positive player interactions. In 2021, Unity set out to change that by acquiring Safe Voice, an AI-powered tool designed to detect and filter harmful interactions. As the product designer on the project, I conducted user research to understand moderators' daily experience and ran A/B tests to refine the new interface for an Alpha launch.

Unity developed Friends, a service enabling game developers to integrate social features like friend lists and cross-platform communication without custom development. I contributed to the Beta launch by conducting usability tests and designing a UI sample toolkit to drive adoption. I focused on creating a developer-friendly experience to seamlessly integrate social features, enhancing player engagement and retention.

Nectar’s BeeTrack is a mobile tool designed to help commercial beekeepers monitor colony health and identify high-risk locations for bee mortality. Using a Lean UX approach, we developed a simple, scalable, and affordable solution to collect valuable data, aimed at improving bee survival and supporting beekeepers in the face of challenges like pesticide exposure.

Shaped Planomind, IVADO Labs’ first AI-driven product, while designing human-centered AI solutions across industries. Led the Design Advocacy initiative, influencing internal processes and external impact to elevate design’s role in AI-driven solutions.

Designed and launched key multiplayer services for Unity Gaming Services, including Vivox, Friends, Safe Voice and Moderation. Led UX strategy, user research, and design execution to improve onboarding, migration and adoption for game developers.
2020-2022
Lead the experiences of web and mobile platforms designed for beekeepers and farmers to provide data and insights on their bee management.
2015-2020
Contributed to the redesigned PremiumBeat experience in 2018, then drove continuous product improvements through user research while establishing brand guidelines and marketing assets.
